The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Pacific (NAVFAC Pacific) is performing a market survey to determine if other potential sources of supply can provide the HVAC DDC Panel Controller. The products must have equal performance and listing/approval requirements as the Tridium Niagara JACE Controller. FY25 Military Construction, Project P-3004 LRS POL WRM Storage Warehouse, Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam requires one (1) HVAC DDC Panel Controller with the following characteristics: A compact and embedded IoT controller and server platform for connecting multiple and diverse devices and subsystems with internet connectivity and web-serving capability. Provide integrated control, supervision, data logging, alarming, scheduling, and network management and can also stream data and graphical displays either via an Ethernet or wireless LAN. Contain, as a minimum, 1.6 GHz quad core CPU, 2 GB LPDDR4 RAM, 8 GB onboard EMMC storage, 8 GB micro-SD card, wi-fi 5, configurable radio, USB type C connector and debug port, (2) isolated RS-485 with selectable bias and termination, data analysis at the controller, real time on-premise analytic control, (2) 10/100/1000 MB ethernet ports, and expandable. Agency certifications include UL 916, CE EN 61326-1, RCM, FCC Part 15 and eligible for accreditation under the Federal Risk Management Framework (RMF). Security features include strong authentication, role-based authorization, encryption of sensitive information at rest, encrypted communications (FIPS 140-2), digitally signed and validated code, the ability to customize user account management based on organizational security policies, and a security by default approach which defaults to the strongest security policies.
