Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price, base plus four (4) option year contract to Comcast Cable Communication, SAM UEI PLBLL65U99M1 at VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS). Comcast currently hold the contract, any new vendor would require construction and approvals for easements further delaying services. This is an intent to sole source notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This announcement constitutes the only notice of intent to sole source and synopsis of the proposed action
