BACKGROUND The Indian Health Service (IHS) plans to procure dental supplies specified in the attached documents. 2. SCOPE To procure various dental supplies in accordance with the FOCA "Fair and Open Competition Act". 3. CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS/ AND PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS (N/A) 4. TYPE OF ORDER This is a firm fixed price purchase order. 5. ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Period of Performance: Delivery no later than 30 days from date of award 6. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE (N/A) 7.
