To identify and support responsible IEE/ISBEE(s) and prevent circumvention or abuse of the Buy Indian Act, interested, qualified, vendors must provide the following: ? This is a notification of an intent to award a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Hardy Diagnostics (SB) under NAICS code 325413 In-Vitro Diagnostics Substance Manufacturing by the Indian Health Services (IHS), Phoenix Area Office (PAO), Division of Acquisition Management (DAM) to award a contract to Hardy Diagnostics to provide Hardy Diagnostics Consumables, Reagents, Media and Test Kits Supplies on a As Needed Basis for the Laboratory Department at the Whiteriver Service Units, Whiteriver, AZ.
