Renovate roughly 3,015 square feet of the Binghamton Federal Building into a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), including demolition, asbestos abatement (confirmed materials), new wall construction, hard ceilings, doors and hardware, casework, flooring, plumbing, electrical, IT infrastructure, fire protection, and mechanical systems.
