Summary

AI-generated · Jun 23, 2026

Provide non-personal engineering, technical, logistics, configuration management, data management, and program management support to NSWC Crane’s GXW division to aid development, maintenance, and sustainment of systems and components (including but not limited to SP27, SP23G, MK305, and SP22) with activities spanning system/software/safety engineering, analysis, design, test and evaluation, prototyping, reliability and maintainability, logistics and configuration management, quality assurance, in-service engineering and field services, and material handling and inventory management. The work will cover seven task areas (Business Operations and Strategy Services; SP27 Missile Engineering and Test Instrumentation; SP23 Guidance; Air Force Ground Based Strategic Defense SSP; SP22 Launcher Subsystems; Missile Support Equipment and Transportation; and OSD) and may be performed at NSWC Crane and other sites as directed, under a Task Order with estimated travel/materials ODCs.

This is a market research/request for capability statements from SeaPort-NxG MAC holders, not a solicitation. The government plans a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Level-of-Effort contract with a one-year base and four one-year option years, totaling about 95 FTE per year (roughly 903,520 hours). Respondents must demonstrate the ability to perform the required work for each Task Area, and provide a matrix showing which tasks they can perform and what would be subcontracted. Other requirements include addressing key personnel, security and facility requirements, current facility and safeguarding levels, potential CMMC Level 2 self-assessment, SAM.gov business size, and a plan to meet security and facility requirements. Proposals should be limited to 10 pages, submitted electronically, reference the tracking number, and avoid including classified materials. Responses from SeaPort-NxG MAC holders will be reviewed to determine market capability and competition, with small-business set-aside considerations evaluated if applicable.
