Summary
AI-generated · May 23, 2026ERDC is seeking market input from vendors capable of performing site assessments, blast analyses, and security recommendations for select U.S. sites, as described in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement. This is an information and planning activity (RFI) to gauge availability, capability, and interest before a potential RFQ is issued; responses do not form a contract and no costs will be reimbursed. If a solicitation is released later, it will be posted on SAM.gov for potential competition, and respondents should monitor that site for updates.
Respondents should provide information to help assess capability and competition, including: whether the company can perform both site assessments and blast analyses and deliver all specified deliverables; whether a SECRET clearance is available or in place; access to the required VAPO software for blast analyses; a capabilities statement with relevant experience; and business details (company name, address, cage code, SAM registration status, primary NAICS, business size, and socio-economic status). Review the attached Draft PWS for task details and address the questions and deliverables outlined. Responses are due by the stated deadline and should be submitted to the designated government contacts. Proprietary information should be clearly marked.
