Sources Sought - FYSU Cloud Web-Based Inventory Management System Service IHS1520800

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Fort Yuma Service Unit (FYSU), is conducting a Sources Sought Notice to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of providing a cloud-based inventory management software system. The requirement includes a fully hosted, web-based solution with real-time inventory tracking, automated purchasing workflows, electronic requisitioning, barcode and mobile scanning capabilities, customizable reporting and analytics, and electronic vendor ordering (EDI). The contractor shall provide implementation services, system configuration, data integration, training, and ongoing software maintenance and technical support to ensure 24/7 operational availability. This Sources Sought is for market research purposes only and is intended to determine whether qualified ISBEE vendors are available to meet the Government s needs in accordance with the Buy Indian Act.

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Vizient, Inc. for Cloud Web-based Inventory Management System service in support of Fort Yuma Health Care Center (FYSU). This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), Soliciting from a Single Source, using commercial product and commercial service acquisition procedures. Vizient, Inc. is the only source reasonably available that can meet the Government s requirements. Vizient s solution meets all technical and functional requirements, is compatible with existing systems, and satisfies the Government s operational needs. Market research indicates that no other vendor is able to meet the Government s requirements within the required timeframe and scope. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement by 12 February 2026 at 1300 EST to minkyu.kim@ihs.gov. Information received will be reviewed solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive solicitation is feasible.
