The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Hawaii (NAVFAC Hawaii) is conducting market research to determine if other potential products/services can provide a transformer monitor that has equal performance capabilities as the SEL-9524, manufactured by Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL), 2902 NE Hopkins Court, Pullman, WA 99163. The alternate product/service must meet the following requirements/specifications: Provide a transformer monitor with the following capabilities: Transformer Thermal Modeling Utilizes IEEE C57.91-2011 or IEC 60076-7:2018 model to accurately calculate top oil, hot-spot, and insulation aging.
