Any training materials relevant to the make and model of forklift that increase operational safety, preventative maintenance, OSHA standards, etc. available to the contractor are to be included in final delivery. 2.2.3. Warranty The forklift shall include a warranty that shall include parts and labor and be valid at the Albuquerque, NM location. Warranty terms shall be clearly documented and provided upon delivery. All requested services performed under warranty shall be done either on site (see section 2.3 for address) in Albuquerque, NM, or locally at a service location in Albuquerque, NM 2.2.4.
