This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in operating warehousing and storage facilities (except general merchandise, refrigerated, and farm product warehousing and storage). Other relevant NAICS codes will be considered based on responses received. 1. BACKGROUND The Rosebud IHS plans to procure a 2000 Gallon Diesel Storage Tank as specified in the attached documents. 2. SCOPE 2000-gallon fuel storage tank with 20-gpm fill-rite pump with meter, hose and nozzle, filter & filter base and drop tube and plumbing with delivery, according to the attached Product Description and Specification sheet. 3. CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS/ AND PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS (N/A) 4. TYPE OF ORDER This is a firm fixed price purchase order. 5. ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Period of Performance: Delivery no later than 90 days from date of award 6. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE 800 Hospital Circle, Rosebud SD 7. REPORT(S)/DELIVERABLES AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE Delivery of products should be no later than 90 days from date of award 8. PAYMENT Payment via IPP.gov upon delivery 9.
