Summary

AI-generated · Dec 20, 2025

Securing information from qualified vendors to support a nationwide marketing effort tied to recent Treasury legislation, including an integrated campaign across broadcast, digital, and print channels. Responsibilities cover developing and executing a unified campaign strategy, coordinating all creative and production workflows, managing media planning and placement, and ongoing performance optimization. Deliverables include a full collateral suite (TV and radio ads, static and digital display ads, print outreach materials, email templates, with optional SMS content), cross-channel messaging consistency for national and regional markets, and data-driven performance measurement (KPI definition, data collection, geo-targeting, and regular reporting). Vendors should outline pricing approaches (percentage-based media buying, collateral development budgeting, minimum spend tiers, and media spend reconciliation transparency). The engagement is anticipated for about six months, subject to market research results.

Respondents should provide a company overview and relevant experience with large-scale public-sector or legislative campaigns, examples of comparable work, approach to project management and government coordination, and any subcontractors or partners. Include pricing methodology and how you would deliver on the evaluation criteria—technical approach, capabilities, demonstrated performance and experience, potential key personnel, and price—under a best-value trade-off. Submissions are limited to 15 pages and are for information and planning purposes only (not a solicitation or contract commitment); responses should be sent through the designated Treasury contacts by the stated deadline.
