Solvent Tank Parts Washer Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Reconditioning Maintenance (RM) Services The Marine Corps Regional Contracting Office located in Twentynine Palms, CA is seeking qualified sources for a potential future requirement. The purpose of this request for information is to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (i.e. Small/Large business, HUBzone, 8(a), etc.). No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this request for information, nor any subsequent exchanges. The anticipated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 with an associated U.S. Small Business Administration size standard of $12.5M. The anticipated Product Service Code (PSC) is J079. Please identify if you believe a more appropriate NAICS/PSC exists. The potential requirement is to provide Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Reconditioning Maintenance (PM) & (RM) services of government owned, industrial parts washing machines, for Hazardous Waste Management Branch (HWMB), Environmental Affairs Division (EA) and Exercise Support Division (ESD), Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC), Marine Corps Air Combat Center (MCAGCC), Twentynine Palms CA. All services must comply with all applicable Federal, state, and local statutes and regulations. The services to be provide in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement on the Attached Notice. Place of performance: Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center and Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC/MCAGCC) , Twentynine Palms, CA, 92278 Note: In Accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 9.104-1: To be determined responsible, a prospective contractor must: (a) Have adequate financial resources to perform the contract, or the ability to obtain them. (b) Be able to comply with the required or proposed delivery or performance schedule, taking into consideration all existing commercial and governmental business commitments; (c) Have a satisfactory performance record. (d) Have a satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics. (e) Have the necessary organization, experience, accounting and operational controls, and technical skills, or the ability to obtain them (including, as appropriate, such elements as production control procedures, property control systems, quality assurance measures, and safety programs applicable to materials to be produced or services to be performed by the prospective contractor and subcontractors).
