Background The Mid Atlantic Tribal Health Center is a two?story healthcare facility with over 25,000 square feet of clinical and administrative space. The facility requires recurring solid waste removal, sharps disposal, and regulated medical waste management services in compliance with all Federal, State, local, and tribal regulations. 3.
