Do all the unit price boxes need to be filled out for each service or do I only enter a value for the services we will be able to provide? Answer: "Unit price boxes for every service needs to be filled out including costs for subcontracted support and testing. The services that MUST be performed by the prime contractor is program management and field technicians who gather routine samples to perform DMR monitoring and industrial wastewater pretreatment sampling. Other tasks and testing can be subcontracted. Offeror's must be in compliance with AMS Clause 3.6.1-7 LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING (JUL 2021)
