The Government will make award(s) to the responsible offeror(s) whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price being evaluated past performance being rated higher than price. The solicitation will be available on or about August 13, 2025. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides complete downloading instructions.
