Description: USACE requires the purchase of Rehabilitation Act Section 508 compliance training subscriptions for Level Access software. Current 508 compliance efforts rely heavily on manual processes, consuming significant staff time and resources. This leads to inconsistencies, potential compliance failures, and delays in content delivery. A dedicated software solution will streamline the process, enhance accuracy, improve training, and reduce overall costs. The resultant award will have a Period of Performance of one year, starting on the date of award. Contract Line Items: This requirement and associated contract line-item numbers (CLINs) is provided in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Basis for award: The Government will award a contract resulting from this combined synopsis solicitation on the basis of the lowest price offer whose quote meets the technical requirements as listed in the performance work statement, along with a price that is fair and reasonable. Offerors must submit the following documents for this solicitation: Offer using CLIN structure in the attached SOW; A technical description of the services being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary; Past performance information to include recent and relevant contracts for the same or similar items and other references (including contract numbers, points of contact with telephone numbers and other relevant information). Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation.
