N0016426RWS86 SOLE SOURCE - SUPPLIES AND SERVICES FOR NEXT GENERATION ELECTRONIC ATTACK UNITS AND ADVANCED CAPABILITY MISSIONS COMPUTER SUSTAINMENT SUPPORT - PSC 1680 - NAICS 334511 Issue Date: 03 July 2025 Closing Date: 18 July 2025 ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract with an estimated ceiling of $188M for the procurement of Next Generation Electronic Attack Unit Full Rate Production units and NGEAU and Advanced Capability Mission Computer Sustainment Support. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, General Dynamics Mission Systems Inc., 8800 Queen Avenue South, Bloomington, MN 55431-1908 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1). The requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis because the time and cost would be duplicated to test and qualify another vendor make it impracticable to procure from anyone other than General Dynamic Misson Systems. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based upon market research responses to date and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
