CLIN 0001- Phase I- Engineering Services for the Design, Build and Testing of Run Time Meter Circuit Quantity 1 Lot CLIN 0002- Option 1- Phase II- Engineering Services for the Integration and testing of Run Time Meter Circuit into CFA CLIN 0003- CDRL A001 CLIN 0004- CDRL A002 CLIN 0005- CDRL A003 CLIN 0006- CDRL A004 SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, limited sources or brand name only STELLANT SYSTEMS INC, CAGE CODE: 89146, 1035 WESTMINSTER DR, WILLIAMSPORT, PA 17701-3911, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. This is being solicited on a sole source, approved source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
