Sole Source Notice - Elite Laundry Company, INC. IHS1522779

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Elite Laundry Company, INC. for drycleaning and laundry services in support of Hopi Health Care Center. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), Soliciting from a Single Source, using commercial product and commercial service acquisition procedures. Elite Laundry Company, INC. is the only source reasonably available that can meet the Government s requirements due to remote geographic location of the Hopi facility, which significantly limits vendor availability, and the absence of other vendors willing to travel the required distance to perform recurring laundry services. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement by 11 Feburary 2026 1300 EST to minkyu.kim@ihs.gov. Information received will be reviewed solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive solicitation is feasible.
