This is being solicited on a sole source only basis because This equipment is a cornerstone for the SPY-3 TRIMM program, a new developmental effort to establish an organic capability to test and repair SPY-3 TRIMM antenna modules returning from the fleet. The program is presently relying on loaned equipment tied to another program, which is not a sustainable or reliable solution for meeting developmental deadlines.
