Summary
AI-generated · Aug 23, 2025FPGA module conformal-coated printed circuit board assemblies are being procured through a sole-source action to Sundance Digital Signal Processing Inc. (or an authorized distributor) under FAR Part 13 because this FPGA card is the only one that has been developed, tested, documented, trained on, and safety certified. An amendment removes the small-business set-aside and the 52.211-6 clause and adds specific part numbers. While the notice invites capability statements from all responsible sources, the government retains discretion to not compete; SAM registration is required, and updates to the requirement will be posted on the contractor opportunities site. Offers must be submitted by the designated closing time.
Record 2 shows an award entry (Award 2) with an award date in mid-2025 and an award amount listed as $0.00. This indicates a subsequent award action related to the solicitation, with no dollar value recorded in the summary.
