The package includes unlimited support and upgrades for the currently owned Freezerworks Summit Edition (CCP-24SS) plus the Account Success Package (FWKS-ASP) that grants two admissions to the Freezerworks Users Education Conference and two admissions to a Freezerworks Training Camp, with updated IQ/OQ test scripts if those scripts were purchased, and priority response and upgrade access. This is a sole-source procurement under applicable law; the government will consider capability statements from other sources, but this is not a competitive RFP.

New information between notices: the subsequent notice clarifies submission methods and timelines, allowing capability statements to be submitted by email and providing a contact for questions, in addition to the earlier reference to electronic submission. It also notes a stated deadline for inquiries and reiterates that the government may determine not to compete this requirement, while the underlying sole-source nature of the renewal remains unchanged.
