The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support, Subsistence Strategic Material Sourcing Group (SMSG) is conducting market research for the for the acquisition of Beverage Base (Bag-In-Box) Carbonated, Non-Carbonated, Electrolyte and Juice Drinks containing </= 20% Juice) for delivery to DOD and non-DOD customers and Navy/Coast Guard Ships in the Continental United States (CONUS), Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam. The purpose of this Market Research is to seek potential sources interested in participating in this acquisition. The NAICS Codes associated with this notice is 312111. In addition to Bag-In-Box (BIB) products, successful offeror(s) shall supply the necessary dispensing equipment, Carbon Dioxide (20 lbs. CO2) and Service to dispensing equipment to all customers. The delivery locations require indefinite quantities of Beverage Base for delivery. The successful offeror(s) shall develop a central email Point of Contact (POC) that will receive all orders and coordinate deliveries to our customers with the respective bottlers. It shall be incumbent upon the successful offeror(s) to ensure that an agreement is in place between the successful offeror(s) and the bottlers (both successful offeror(s) owned and independently owned) to ensure that all customers are supported. Independently owned bottlers shall be considered subcontractors to the successful offeror(s). If interested, see ATTACHMENT 1- Schedule of Items. In lieu of specific beverage products, the schedule of items includes categories of items (Carbonated and Non-Carbonated, with optional Flavor Shots) annotated with flavors commonly available commercially.
