This requirement is for the procurement of SOCET GXP licenses and associated maintenance support currently in use by the requesting activity. Based on market research and system ownership, BAE Systems is the only source capable of providing the required software and support. The RCO intends to award this action under the authority of FAR 13.1061(b)(1)(i), as the requirement does not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold and only one responsible source is identified. Award is anticipated on or about 02 February 2026 using non-competitive procedures under FAR Part 13. The planned contract will include a 12-month base period, with an anticipated period of performance from 01 February 2026 through 31 January 2027. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes.
