The United States Air Force Test Center/Directorate of Contracting (AFTC/PZZG), Edwards AFB, CA intends to issue a sole source contract to AeroStar International located at 3901 W 59TH ST Sioux Falls, South Dakota 57108 for OTS drysuits. In order to comply with FAR 5.207(c)(15), the reason for lack of competition is as follows: Per TO 14P3-5-111-2E. This will be a sole source firm fixed priced contract to AeroStar International LLC Work Package 050 00, Page 1, Paragraph 1-2, of the basic manual, is amended to read as follows: OTS-600 Dry Suit Style 601GBR005B and 601GBR006 Series are Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) open purchase undergarment type anti-exposure suit, manufactured by Aerostar Survival Ltd. Work Package 050 00, Page 1, Paragraph 2-2, of the basic manual, is amended to read as follows: OTS-600 Dry Suit Style 601GBR005B and 601GBR006 Series are Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) open purchase undergarment type anti-exposure suit, manufactured by Aerostar Survival Ltd There are no solicitation documents; however, any vendors that believe they can meet the requirements described should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government s requirement.
