Summary

AI-generated · Jan 29, 2026

Snow removal services for the Coast Guard Academy are being sought through a sources sought synopsis to support market research for a potential procurement. This is not a solicitation or contract, and responses do not constitute offers; the information collected will help determine the acquisition approach and whether a set-aside is appropriate, with a noted priority under the Randolph-Sheppard Act for proposals from blind vendors via state licensing agencies.

Respondents should provide a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimate with assumptions, potential cost drivers, risks, and efficiencies; a capability statement describing relevant experience and whether you can cover all requirements or only portions; and a summary of recent, relevant contracts (last 3–5 years) including contract numbers, periods, customers, and performance details. Include company identifiers (UEI, CAGE) and business size, as well as any applicable certifications. Submissions must be made by email; telephone responses are not accepted. This notice is for market research only, and a follow-on solicitation would be posted on sam.gov if pursued.
