Snow & Ice Removal Services 19N06025Q0010 The Embassy of the United States of America in Oslo, Norway invites all interested responsible vendors to submit quotations for Snow & Ice Removal Services for the U.S. Embassy Oslo according to the attached Scope of Work. The Embassy intends to award a contract to a responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a firm-fixed priced contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference and site-visit on August 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM (Oslo local time) at Morgedalsvegen 36, 0378 Oslo, Norway, and all prospective offerors are invited to attend.
