Scope of Work & Critical Timelines The objective is to ensure safe, uninterrupted access to the facility by removing snow and ice to a "bare pavement" standard within specified timeframes. Offerors must be able to meet the following critical performance timelines: - Response Time: Begin snow removal operations within two (2) hours of notification. - Priority 1 Areas: (Main customer/employee pathways, primary access roads) must be cleared to bare pavement within six (6) hours after snowfall ceases. - Priority 2 Areas: (Receiving and parking lots) must be cleared to bare pavement within twelve (12) hours after snowfall ceases. - Continuous Operations: Required when snow accumulation rates exceed one inch per hour. Basis for Award Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology.
