The Smokey Bear Ranger District on the Lincoln National Forest requires a service contract to conduct a Facilities Condition Assessment. A Facility Assessment and Condition Survey would need to be completed to determine actual treatments or restoration that need to occur. The assessment/survey involves a trained contractor with special expertise to evaluate a building s physical condition, performance, and overall health. The assessment would also cover infrastructure condition, system condition, code deficiencies, and functional effectiveness.
