San Joaquin River Restoration Program (SJRRP) Environmental Compliance Field Services Support The scope of this requirement is for biological monitoring and survey support for the Arroyo Canal Fish Screen and Sack Dam Fish Passage Project (Arroyo Project) and the Mendota Pool Bypass and Reach 2B Improvements Project (Reach 2B Project). This contract will support the Bureau of Reclamation in complying with all construction related biological aspects of Reclamation's environmental commitments for these projects. Solicitation number 140R2025Q0030 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
