Description of Work: The current requirement is for Gaseous Helium, Type I, Grade A, NSN 9135-01-664-2502 meeting the requirements of MIL-PRF-27407E dated 23 April 2024. Customer use rate is estimated to be 80 thousand cubic feet (80 MC) annually and would require various deliveries throughout the year. The Air Force customer uses 12 flasks attached as a bottle farm not as individual tanks. It is anticipated that the vendor would deliver the product from a high-pressure trailer and offload to a lower-pressure flasks in the bottle farm. The product delivery process is estimated to take about 1 to 3 hours to complete. Vendor will be required to provide all hoses fittings and adapters required to connect to the bottle farm that are needed for the completion of delivery.
