Summary

AI-generated · Aug 24, 2025

High-precision Signal Generators are being sought to support Air Force calibration laboratories (PMELs and AFPSL) as integral parts of the Microwave Measurement System with the Microwave Measuring Receiver. Units must be new (not reconditioned or used) and capable of supporting calibration across three frequency configurations for a range of microwave test equipment (e.g., attenuators, splitters, directional couplers, test sets, spectrum analyzers). The government expects up to 31 units over six years and notes there is no current funding; responses are for market research and planning, not a commitment or solicitation.

Provide a capabilities response that covers: whether you are a small or large business and whether you are the manufacturer (or the name of the manufacturer and its size), whether the item is commercial or will be modified, sales history, availability on a GSA or other government contract (with schedule details if applicable), technical capabilities and supporting literature/warranty, relevant awards, ability to accept government Purchase Cards, and contact details (without disclosing any restricted data). Include your CAGE code, SAM registration status, domestic/foreign ownership, estimated time to prepare a technical proposal if a solicitation is issued, and pricing information (unit and total for the 31 units, plus any volume discounts, and units deliverable per 30 days with initial delivery timing). Responses should be submitted in PDF/DOC/XLS format to the designated government point of contact.
