Sign Language Services (SLS) Request for Proposal HM047625R0035

This solicaition is to obtain proposals from ineterested vendors that can provide all the TS//SCI personnel and services needed to perform the work set forth in the attached SLS Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Sign Language Services Support. Intererested vendors shall submitt proposal in accordance with the attached solicitaiton section 4 and 5 and attachments.

The purpose of this solicitation amendment P0001 is to change competition set aside from SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB Program Sole Source to as originally intended to SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Set-Aside (FAR 19.15), in response to industry Q&A I am reaching out to confirm whether the solicitation for Sign Language Services (SLS) Request for Proposal is open for all Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) companies . All interested offerors shall submit proposal in accordance with the attached solicitation amendment P0001 section 4 and 5 and attachments. All offerors shall include signed amendment P0001 front page to their proposal submittal as acknowledged of this amendment.

This notification amendment is to attach the soliciation amendment document 0001 to notify the below competition set aside changes. No other changes were executed. All interested offerors shall submit proposal in accordance with the attached solicitation amendment 0002 section 4 and 5 and attachments. All offerors shall include signed solicaition amendments 0001 and 0002 front page to their proposal submittal as acknowledged of those amendments. All other terms and conditions remained unchanged and in full force.

The purpose of Solicitation HM047625R0035_Amendment 0003 is to change the attachment document listed in each CLIN from Attach_1_SLS_PWS_rev1_10_21_2025 in Amendment 0002 to the correct attachment document Attach_1_SLS_PWS dated 12 September 2025. The PWS revision 1 and Government response to industry Q&As will be posted in a later date. All interested offerors shall submit proposal in accordance with the attached solicitation amendment 0003 section 4 and 5 and attachments. All offerors shall include signed solicitation amendments 0001, 0002 and 0003 front page to their proposal submittal as acknowledged of those amendments. All other terms and conditions remained unchanged and in full force.

The purpose of this solicitation HM047625R0035_Amendment 0004 is to extend the RFP submission due date to 1 December 2025, 10:00 A.M., ET. The PWS revision 1 and Government response to industry Q&As will be posted in a later date. All interested offerors shall submit proposal in accordance with the attached solicitation amendment 0004 section 4 and 5 and attachments. All offerors shall include signed solicitation amendments 0001, 0002 , 0003 and 0004 front page to their proposal submittal as acknowledged of those amendments. All other terms and conditions remained unchanged and in full force.

The purpose of Solicitation HM047625R0035_Amendment 0005 is to incorporate Industry Q&A responses for clarification into the revised PWS, Attachments, and RFP Sections (4.0 and 5.0). All changes are highlighted in yellow within the respective attachment document, or RFP sections, and include the following: 1. Attach_1_SLS_PWS_rev1_dated_12_Nov_2025 2. Attach_2_SLS_Resume_Format_Key_Personnel_rev1 3. Attach_6_Price_Proposal_Workbook_rev1: Tab A - NGA Washington-St Louis; offerors shall only submit rates and totals for base and option periods 4. Attach_10 Compliance Checklist_rev1: corrected inconsistencies for the format of documents MS Word/PDF 5. Attach_11_Industry_Q&A_rev1: added to incorporate the Industry Q&A responses 6. RFP Section 4.0 Instructions to Offeror clarification revisions in response to industry Q&As include: a. 4.1.2 Page Limitations format of documents b. 4.3 Volume I Technical (Factor I) - Sub-Factor 1.2 Key Personnel Resumes (s) One (1) resume per key position at each location c. 4.5 Volume III Price (Factor) 3 FTE and core hours 7. RFP Section 5.1.2.1 Factors and Sub-factors and Relative Order of Importance: revised language. All interested offerors shall submit proposal in accordance with the attached solicitation amendment 0005 section 4 and 5 and attachments. All offerors shall include signed solicitation amendments 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004 and 0005 front page to their proposal submittal as acknowledged of those amendments. Q&As are now close.
