These attributes provided by the current contractor are essential to NGA s logistics operations to ensure there are no gaps in mission until the follow-on contract is completed. This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 5.2 Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions and is not a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation will not be posted for the extension, however if any firm believes they can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contract Specialist no later than 2:00pm EST on July 14, 2025. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
