This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USDA Forest Service is seeking quotes for the Sheltowee Trace Section/Wintergreen Trail Bridge Replacement project. This solicitation is issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures as outlined in FAR Part 13 and AGAR Part 413, which aim to reduce administrative costs and promote efficiency in contracting.
