THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION This sources sought notice is intended for planning purposes only in order to determine industry interest and capability. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote. The Government is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. Description of Services The Government is seeking vendors capable of providing comprehensive swimming pool maintenance services for the Special Forces Underwater Operations School s Micah Walker Training Tank located on Fleming Key, Key West, Florida. The required maintenance services include: Routine Pool Cleaning: Vacuum and scrub the training tank. Skim surface debris and brush floors, steps, and walls. Perform backwashing and filter cleaning procedures. Chemical Testing and Management: Ensure proper chemical balance, including chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and acid levels. Regular cyanuric acid and total dissolved solids (TDS) tests to maintain biological safety and prevent irritation. Stock and maintain at least a 3-week supply of critical pool chemicals on-site.
