This is a combined synopsis/commercial solicitation set-aside 100% for Small Business. The subject requirement is for a commercial product; as such, this solicitation is prepared in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
