The project area is located on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) administered lands about 15 miles south-southwest of Socorro in Socorro County, New Mexico in parts of Sections 5, 6, 7, and 8 and 30 of Township 5 South, Range 1 West (Nogal South Unit) and Sections 6 of Township 3 South, Range 1 West (Black Canyon Unit) Chupader Mountain Thinning 200 acres x $______ per acre = $________ SITE VISIT: Scheduled May 28, 2026; meet at the Socorro Field office at 9 a.m. for a briefing, then travel to the site for the field visit.
