CONTRACTOR-PROVIDED EOUPMENT, FACILITIES AND SERVICES Contractor is responsible for maintaining satisfactory standards of conduct, competence, appearance and integrity. Patient and staff safety will always be the concern for treatment. The contractor understands that the Fort Thompson Indian Health Service will not pay or withhold on behalf of the contractor any sums for federal or state income tax, any other federal or state tax, unemployment insurance, social security, workers compensations, or any other withholding pursuant to any law or requirement. All such payments and withholding are the sole responsibility of the Contractor. .
