The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to award as a simplified acquisition. This requirement is full and open and utilizes the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 541715 - Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology) with a size standard in number of employees is $1,000.
