THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to remove and replace multiple components of the lower sheave block assembly as well as the entire length of wire rope associated with the 70-ton Philips and Davies gate hoist for Service Gate #1 at the Franklin Falls Dam.
