The work shall include the furnishing of all materials, equipment, and supplies and the performance of all labor and all incidentals necessary to pump and clean the septic holding tank at the Point Marion Lock and Dam project. The intended release date for the solicitation is the first quarter of FY 2026. Any resulting award will be for a firm fixed-price contract with a five year ordering period, comprised of a base year, and four option periods.
