BACKGROUND & SCOPE The Government is conducting market research to identify interested and capable sources to support the Senegal MILES-IWS2 program. The requirement entails the procurement and delivery of the Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System - Individual Weapon System 2 (MILES-IWS2) and associated support required to build partner capacity for the Senegalese Armed Forces. This effort is in support of expiring FY26 Building Partner Capacity (BPC) Section 333 requirements. 2.
