Security Onion Solutions Course, Certification & Licenses M68909-26-I-7708

The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) is issuing this notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract, to Security Onion Solutions, LLC, a small business concern under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) soliciting from a single source. This acquisition is for the procurement of Security Onion Fundamentals for Analysts & Admins course and certification and Security Onion Pro licenses from the original equipment manufactuer, Security Onion Solutions, LLC. MCTSSA intends to award this requirement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The basis of the sole source: Security Onion Solutions, LLC is an authorized reseller that meets all requirements. No other reseller meets the current need. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
