Purpose of this Notice: THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties, however, may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement with a capability statement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
