Qualified sources are being sought to supply a carbon seal (NSN 5330-01-336-7194, P/N 013367194) used in the UH-60A Black Hawk and AH-64A Apache aircraft. This Sources Sought is for market research to determine if a future procurement can be competitive or set aside for small business. The item is a Master NSN with interchangeable vendor part numbers, and current procurement is described as involving a limited number of responsible sources; responses from all eligible business types are welcome.

Prequalification is required to be registered as a potential source, and contractors should seek source approval via AvMC’s public website. The successful bidder would be responsible for all aspects of manufacturing and production, including supply chain management, forecasting, long-lead parts, obsolescence, and final delivery, as well as related costs. The data are export-controlled; applicable certifications must be current, and access requires a U.S./Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification. This notice is informational/planning only, not a solicitation, and responses are voluntary with no funds provided.
