Market Research yielded no other capable source to provide the 623-1775-004, Screw Assembly. Rockwell Collins is the only vendor found with the ability to provide this part within the required time. This solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received by the stated submittal deadline, will be considered by the agency.
