This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO (FAR) Part 12. The 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota has issued this solicitation, FA469026Q0017, as a request for quotation (RFQ) to compete and award a single Firm Fixed Price contract using RFO (FAR) Part 12 procedures for school bus transportation services in accordance with the attachments. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. DESCRIPTION: School bus services supporting Ellsworth Air Force Base. The contractor must provide and maintain the required number of school buses and drivers to transport between approximately 250 and 350 children in grades K through 12 to and from Box Elder, South Dakota. Transportation of students will be done conveniently and safely while complying with all federal, state, and local traffic and transportation laws. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
