THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE This is not an invitation to submit offers or quotes. The South Carolina Army National Guard anticipates issuing a solicitation directly to at least three known suppliers and sources for fiber installation supplies and kits using the procedures outlined in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.201-1(c)(2). Past Performance: The Government will utilize various methods to determine past performance: Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS), Federal Awardee Performance Integrity Information System (FAPIIS) and Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Additionally, this agency may also utilize the Contracting Officers or Units personal knowledge of any past contracts to evaluate the contractor's past performance to ensure the best value for the Government.
